Within the complex, there are 4 hotels available: Grand Palladium Kantenah, Grand Palladium Colonial, Grand Palladium White Sand, and TRS Yucatán (adults only). It's important to note that the Grand Palladium Kantenah is undergoing renovations until December 2023, and will not be in service during this period. As such, there are 3 hotels in operation: Grand Palladium Colonial, Grand Palladium White Sand, and TRS Yucatán.
For those choosing to stay outside the complex, they will need to purchase an EVENT Pass at a daily cost of $110, granting access from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
Hotel Reservation Instructions for the Conference:
- Visit the website https://www.palladiumhotelgroup.com
- Under "Destination Hotel", enter "Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa".
- Choose the dates corresponding to the conference duration.
Upon following these steps, available rooms for the specified dates at the resort will be displayed for you to make your reservation.
